Today Terrasoft announced the release of the new update version Terrasoft CRM 2.87.
In the new version we continued to enhance the email functionality. Basically it concerns the IMAP protocol. We added new features in IMAP folders management, synchronization with mail server and transmitting messages between folders.
Besides in the new version we realized support of MAPI function. This will enable to use your favorite Email software to send messages and have all these messages linked to accounts, contacts, sales and documents in Terrasoft CRM database.
At the instances of our clients Terrasoft CRM v.2.87 completely supports the operational system regional settings. We also elaborated the Log section. In particular now besides the user entry, the system leaving is also registered.
Besides, we extended the profile filtering capability, improved the integration between Terrasoft CRM and Terrasoft CRM c Terrasoft Call Centre, and added an opportunity to edit reports after they are being built in the common user interface and to link reports to the system records – accounts, contacts, sales …
All Terrasoft CRM 2.8 users can get the update after sending the request to support@tscrm.com.
